Our Promise

We want you to love your purchase! Each order from Forever11 Scholarship is created and packaged with care. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products (including affirmation coloring books, apparel, and branded merchandise), we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Forever11scholarship@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or size, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide store credit if the item is no longer available.

Order Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact us immediately so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
